Almost everyone asks the same thing first: what does this cost? This page lists the starting price for each package, what falls inside and outside it, and the factors that actually move the final number. None of these are fixed prices for every brief — we quote after reading yours.

Module development

3 – 7 days
A few specific features are missing before the deadline.
- Building a requested feature (cart, VNPAY payment, realtime chat…)
- Writing the API and wiring it into your existing interface
- Walking you through how the new part works
Demo / MVP
From 650,000₫
7 – 14 days
You need something that runs for the trial defense.
- Building a working version from scratch against your brief
- A database seeded with sample data for the demo
- Setup docs and a one-to-one walkthrough before you defend
The three packages are not mutually exclusive. Most students start with technical support and add a module later when their supervisor asks for a new feature.
Five factors that set the final quote
Number of features
The single biggest driver. An eight-feature system is a different job from a twenty-five-feature one, even under the same title.
Mandated technology
When a supervisor pins you to an older or niche stack (Java Swing, WinForms, plain JSP/Servlet), the work usually takes longer.
Time remaining
Three weeks is not four days. A tight deadline means putting more people on it, which costs more.
What you already have
An outline, an ERD, or partly working code makes it considerably cheaper than starting from nothing.
Add-ons
Word reports, defense slides, demo videos, and deployment are quoted separately from the code itself.

How much does it cost to have an IT capstone project built?
At DoanPro, pricing starts at 500,000₫ for technical support, 550,000₫ for a single module, and 650,000₫ for a demo/MVP. The final figure depends on feature count, mandated technology, and how much time is left. We always quote a specific number after reading your brief, before you pay anything.
Why is this cheaper than the 3–5 million quotes elsewhere?
Because we quote against actual scope rather than a flat package. Many students only need a bug fixed or one module added, not a rebuild. If your brief genuinely is large, the final figure will be higher than the starting price too — we say so up front.
Will costs appear mid-project?
Only if you change or expand the scope we agreed. Small revisions that follow your supervisor’s feedback and stay inside the original scope are not charged extra. Anything beyond that, we quote first and you decide.
How does payment work?
By milestone. You do not pay everything up front. Each milestone delivers a working slice, you check it, and only then pay for that portion.
Does the price include the report and slides?
No. The prices above cover development only. Word reports and defense slides are separate line items because not everyone needs them — plenty of students write their own report and only want help with the code.
