Terms of Service

Welcome to DoanPro Vietnam. By utilizing our mentoring, technical consulting, and software capstone support services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before starting your project milestones.

1. Scope of Services

DoanPro provides programming consulting, technical assistance, code review, 1-to-1 mentoring, and bug fixing according to the clear work boundaries agreed upon in writing or official chat threads. We do not write exams or defend capstones on behalf of the student.

2. Milestone Payments & Retainers

  • Service charges are structured and paid based on pre-defined development milestones agreed upon prior to project kick-off.
  • Students must pay the corresponding retainer for each milestone before engineering resources are allocated and development starts.
  • Payments are processed via official bank transfer information provided directly by DoanPro channels.

3. Request & Scope Changes

Any additions, functional adjustments, or changes to the technology stack compared to the original agreement must be discussed. DoanPro reserves the right to adjust pricing and project timelines accordingly for any scope changes.

4. Refund Policy

  • If a project milestone cannot be completed due to failures directly caused by DoanPro, we guarantee a 100% refund of the payments made specifically for that incomplete milestone.
  • If a student terminates the agreement mid-way while work is being delivered on-time, payments made for the current milestone are non-refundable.

5. Support & Warranty

DoanPro commits to providing bug-fixing support for errors directly related to features within the agreed scope for 30 days post-handover. The exact support duration will be specified in each project agreement.

6. Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of all milestone payments, the student gains full ownership, access, and editing rights of the delivered repository code for academic and defense preparation purposes.

7. Responsibilities of Both Parties

  • DoanPro's Responsibilities: Deliver clean source code, ensure correct local setups, provide documentation, and support technical inquiries as committed.
  • Student's Responsibilities: Provide detailed topic requirements, respond promptly during milestone approvals, and participate in scheduled mentoring sessions to master the software architecture.
